SUPP! Just came back from the super tiring prac. But I kinda love it. Can train endurance. And this is the kind of training that you can rly see the team spirit. :D Amanda as Capt! :D Now I think is like super cool. Whenever someone shout "圣中!", the whole team has to go "加油!". Damn cool. :D Now lay a lot of ground rules. Kinda quite strict huh. But its cool. :D My muscle now aching like shyt. Because of the RUGBY DRILL. Must chiong then lay up. And you are not supposed to dribble the ball. You are supposed to hug the ball. GRRR. But its cool. Then did defence stance. Must think like Kobe. "Everytime I think abt Boston, I will keep my hands off my knee." Smth liddat. So I was thinking, "Everytime I think abt Unity, I will keep my hands off my knee." No offence but its kinda like a mental strategy or smth. :D
Today ran 2.8km. Like seriously 2.8km. If you run 8 rounds of the sch field, its 2.8 km. WAHLAO, cheat my feelings lurhh. D: D: But I kinda did well, 10 mins 37 secs. GRRRR. I know the ECP designated route for the run was only 2.175km. 700m. TMD. I can run in like 9 mins la! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Nvm. Next year run also can. :D Anyway, Im off to study. :D
